Vinification: Crushing and stalk stripping, contact with the skins for about 12 hours at an average temperature of 3°C, soft pressing, static clarification of the must. Fermentation at 10°C.
Sensory Features: Straw yellow with greenish highlights. The aromas of this wine remind us of white pulp fruit, especially pears. This wine immediately reveals great structure, it is warm, fresh, with a good acid content. Intense and persistent aftertaste.
Best served with: Great aperitif. Excellent with fish.
